Services described
The site describes educational lessons on technical analysis with a focus on volume analysis and confirmation techniques. Information about schedules, fees, and formats is informational until we confirm a booking in writing (email). This website does not process payments or execute trades.
Accounts and conduct
You agree to provide accurate contact details when registering interest. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit abusive content through forms.
Intellectual property
Course materials, checklists, chart packets, and website content belong to RiverHub Training or its licensors. You may use materials provided in a lesson for your personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly redistribute those materials without written permission.
Educational nature & no investment advice
Our lessons teach observational methods for reading charts. We do not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or guarantees of trading results. Any examples used in class are for illustration.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law of Thailand, RiverHub Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after attending a lesson. Our aggregate liability related to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson.
